In Brazzaville, the rock of waterfalls broken in stone is transported day and night by enormous trucks: a new era of Public Works gains Congo. It is also the case in N'Djamena, Dakar, Bamako, Kinshasa, Libreville, Malabo: all Africa is a vast construction site. What constructions, which modernity needs Africa? What demand our stones? How to start up Africa?

Without claiming to answer, Helmet mandatory proposes a reflection on the socioeconomic stakes raised by these questions and invites the public to attend this debate.
